Solar Care is a professional solar panel maintenance service based in the UK. We provide cleaning, inspection, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure residential and commercial solar systems perform safely and efficiently.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or subscribe to any of our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Subscription Plans 

We understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to cancel your Solar Care subscription. If you decide to unsubscribe, please review the following terms:

· Cancellation Notice: You must notify us at least 30 days in advance to cancel your subscription.

· Minimum Subscription Period: If you unsubscribe within the first 12 months of your subscription, you will be required to pay an early termination fee equivalent to three (3) months’ subscription charges.

· After First Year: After completing 12 months, you may cancel without penalty, provided the 30-day notice is given.

· How to Cancel: You can initiate cancellation from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at contact@solarcare.ai.

· Outstanding Payments: Any pending invoices or partial payments must be cleared before the cancellation is processed.

This policy helps us maintain scheduling commitments and service quality across our customer base.

· Notice Period: You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.

· Minimum Term: No minimum contract period applies.

· Refunds: No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the month after cancellation is confirmed.

5.2 Premium & Ultimate Plans (12-Month Rolling Subscriptions)

These plans include at least one in-person system visit annually. To protect service delivery, the following cancellation terms apply:

· Contract Type: These are 12-month rolling subscriptions. Each 12-month period begins on your subscription anniversary.

· Notice Period: You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ notice, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current 12-month term.

· If you cancel before the end of your current 12-month term, an early termination fee will apply. This will be the lower of: The total remaining subscription payments for the current term; or A fixed fee of £250 (the cost of the in-person service already delivered).

· Outstanding Payments: Any unpaid invoices must be settled before cancellation is processed.

· How to Cancel: You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@solarcare.ai.

Maintenance visits will be scheduled in advance based on your location and selected plan. Customers agree to:

· Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and solar system.

· Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

· Ensure all pets and hazards are secured before our engineer’s arrival.

Failure to provide access may result in a missed visit fee.

· If a fault is deemed unsafe, Solar Care reserves the right to suspend service until repaired.

Emergency callouts are available to all Solar Care customers as part of our service offering, with the level of access and cost depending on your subscription plan.


What’s included in an emergency callout:
